Job description

Trusts Manager (locum) 5+ years’ experience, Worcestershire, £40 - £45 per hour, on-going. An opportunity to join a regional and friendly law firm and support their fast-growing Private Client Department on locum basis. Job Ref: 9335


OVERVIEW:

  1. You will have a solid background and experience in handling trust matters, ranging in complexity as well as Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Income Tax matters.
  2. You will be required to manage trust files from inception through to conclusion.
  3. Coordinate with key stakeholders to advance client matters ensuring compliance and completion of necessary documentation.
  4. You will oversee trust registration process and prepare Trust Accounts and Estate Tax Returns.
  5. You will be required to support the wider Trusts team.
  6. Previous experience in legal or accountancy background is required.
  7. Candidates with AAT Accounting qualification are encouraged to apply.
  8. On-going locum assignment to cover permanent recruitment.
  9. Primarily office-based, but can look at hybrid working options.
