SITE SERVICES APPRENTICE
Castle Phoenix Trust
Salary: £8.60 - £11.44 per hour (age related Apprentice Rate for first year, rising to the National Living Wage for the second year)
37 hours per week, all year round.
Main Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm
Flexibility is required to cover SSO shift patterns as and when required and sometimes at short notice (including some split shifts).
Initially, fixed term contract to cover duration of apprenticeship.

Our Site Services team is key to the effective running of the schools within our Trust. This role is varied and involves providing a quick response to general maintenance calls, manual handling and lifting, janitorial, monitoring and security duties.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic apprentice to work across all of our school sites across Coventry and Warwickshire to assist our Site Services Teams with the day-to-day routine maintenance, security of the buildings and grounds, cleaning duties and smooth running of school sites that form part of the Castle Phoenix Trust.
The role will require driving between sites and therefore the successful candidate will need to have a driving license, their own vehicle and appropriate insurance. Some mini-bus driving may be required, dependent upon age and length of time that you have held your driving license.
It is expected that you will study the IWFM Level 2 apprenticeship with The Skills Partnership (TSP).
