Job description

Our client, a prominent financial services group, is seeking a skilled Trust Relationship Manager to manage and administer a portfolio of trusts and company structures. Based in Jersey, this role requires a strong understanding of fiduciary practices across multiple jurisdictions and an ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Duties:

  • Manage the comprehensive administration of complex trust and company structures.
  • Act as part of a collaborative team, fostering relationships across Wealth and Investment divisions.
  • Serve as an authorised signatory and lead client meetings, providing excellent service with minimal guidance.
  • Monitor and address issues identified in monthly management information packs.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and refer them to the Trust Executive.
  • Build relationships within the Trust division and Integrated Client Services (ICS) to facilitate business growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience in wealth and investment sectors, with a focus on trust and company administration.
  • Knowledge of trust deeds, company memoranda, articles of association, and financial requirements.
  • Competent understanding of fiduciary risks across various jurisdictions.
  • Proficiency in interpreting financial statements and understanding industry regulations.
  • Strong skills in data management, risk acceptance, and business administration.
