Trust Officer

Our client is seeking a Trust Officer with more than 6 years of experience, although they are happy to consider other suitable candidates. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of trusts, companies, and other fiduciary structures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality trust administration services. This position requires a deep understanding of offshore fiduciary services, client relationship management, and regulatory compliance, as well as the ability to work closely with clients and intermediaries.

Job Duties:

1. Manage and administer a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other fiduciary structures.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant trust and company laws, regulations, and client requirements.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing advice and ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
5. Assist with the preparation of trust documentation, including minutes, resolutions, and reports.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client matters.
7. Provide support with business development activities and enhance relationships with existing clients.
8. Monitor changes in legislation and provide updates to clients on relevant developments.
9. Ensure that all administrative processes and procedures are followed.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 6 years of experience in trust administration or fiduciary services (other suitable candidates will be considered).
2. In-depth knowledge of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures.
3. Strong understanding of trust and company law, regulations, and compliance requirements.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
5. Proven track record in managing and maintaining client relationships.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
