Job description

Fierté Multi-Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a part-time (15 hours over 2 days) Trust HR Manager for the Fierté Trust to work alongside the current postholder. This is a busy and varied role but one that requires someone who is able to lead and manage Trust HR administration, providing support across the Trust. We can offer a close-knit team, a warm and nurturing work environment and development opportunities to support your own professional growth.

In addition to fulfilling the Person Specification, the successful candidate will:

  • Have a knowledge of relevant HR policies/ practices and external regulations.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good ICT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, impartiality and integrity.
  • Ability to relate well to children and adults.
  • Ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding Trust roles and responsibilities and their own position within these.
  • Good organising, planning and prioritising skills.
