The Bishop Fraser Trust is a family of four secondary and two primary schools across Bolton and Bury in Greater Manchester. The schools benefit from being very close together, so we all know each other well and enjoy each other’s commonalities and differences.
We are at an exciting phase in our People strategy with key strategies in place that we are looking to embed and manage the impact on our school community. Are you a proactive, strategic HR professional with a passion for supporting education? In this pivotal role, you will help shape and deliver HR services across a network of schools, ensuring we continue to offer exceptional support to our staff and create an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing environment.
