Job Summary
Trust Doctor in Urology (ST1/2 Level)
Surrey & Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for a keen and dynamic junior doctor to work in the capacity of a Trust Doctor / Junior Clinical Fellow. The post holder will predominantly be Urology based but will be expected to work across the surgical specialties of General Surgery (Colorectal / Lower GI, Upper GI, Breast, Vascular) within a wider SHO team and with a 1:15 on-call commitment. This post is suitable for candidates who wish to pursue a career in surgery or who would like more exposure in surgical specialties. The appointed Trust Doctors will provide specialist cover for emergency and elective activity. Some experience in surgical specialties is required whilst further surgical training would be preferential. There are excellent postgraduate facilities and regular teaching programmes. Full support will be given and opportunities to develop further within the surgical specialties as per service requirements.
