Job description

Truck Sales Executive

Job Title: Truck Sales Executive
Location: Lancaster
Salary: Realistic OTE up to £80000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

My client, a large commercial vehicle manufacturer, is seeking to add to their team with the addition of a Truck Sales Executive.

Truck Sales Executive Job Role:

  1. Working as part of a sales team, you'll be responsible for reaching out to local business customers to assess their business vehicle needs.
  2. You will manage the end-to-end business customer experience, ensuring options are tailored to business customer needs.
  3. Identify local businesses with a requirement to purchase trucks.
  4. Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of the brand.
  5. Meet individual sales targets.
  6. Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing.
  7. Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates.
  8. Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with process.
  9. Adhere to industry regulations relating to the sale of vehicles.

Truck Sales Executive Requirements:
  1. To be a successful Truck Sales Executive you would need to have previous experience in heavy commercial vehicle sales.
  2. Influencing skills with the ability and confidence to convert enquiries to sales.
  3. Excellent customer management skills to build long lasting relationships.
  4. Professionalism, with a commitment to adhering to process and procedure.
