Love Song are looking for a creative and passionate individual to join the London team as Treatment Researcher & Director’s Assistant.

This person will play a lead role in researching and designing high quality treatments for a wide range of projects and creatively assisting Love Song directors throughout the various stages of production.

This person will work in step with our directors, internal treatment team and executive producers and will have previous experience in a production environment, as well a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out thorough image research across multiple sources
  • Create high quality pitches that clearly communicate the director’s vision and aims of the project
  • Collaborate with directors and EPs to refine treatments based on feedback and project needs.
  • Support directors across the creative needs of live projects
  • Maintain an organized archive of research materials, references, and resources to support future projects and the creative team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
  • Portfolio of previous treatment work for commercial projects
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the commercial production landscape

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Love Song office, Shoreditch, London.
  • Remote Working: Flexible for remote working up to 2 days per week.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:00.
  • Salary: Competitive, relative to experience.
