Reed have partnered with a global travel business based in Bristol, recruiting for a Sales Team Leader due to continued growth.

This role is perfect for a driven individual with a passion for travel and sales, eager to lead a team towards exceeding their targets.

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be instrumental in coaching and motivating a team of Travel Consultants, ensuring they achieve the best possible results, all whilst providing an outstanding service to their customers.

Any exposure to the travel sector would be advantageous for your application.

Duties:

  1. Oversee the performance of up to 7 Travel Consultants, maximising their potential to convert enquiries into bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Ensure all opportunities are maximised, effectively handling new client enquiries and complaints.
  3. Foster a supportive team culture across office-based, hybrid, and remote settings, motivating and inspiring team members to reach their potential.
  4. Conduct training sessions to ensure learning and development are effectively embedded within the team.
  5. Utilise data to analyse team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive sales experience, ideally within the travel industry.
  2. Excellent skills in complaint resolution.
  3. Strong coaching abilities, capable of guiding others to fulfil their potential.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and build effective relationships.
  5. Proven leadership skills, with a deep understanding of team dynamics and exceptional teamwork skills.
