Base Salary: up to 30,000 + Bonus and Great Benefits

Location: Hybrid - Central London or Fully Remote within the UK

Our client is a leading high-end travel company offering a travel and lifestyle concierge service to their members. They are now seeking experienced Travel Reservations Consultants who are fluent Arabic speakers with proven experience gained within the travel industry in booking bespoke high-end travel itineraries to worldwide destinations.

This role involves taking travel requests from members and creating bespoke travel plans based on their requirements, including booking hotels, villas, car rentals, cruises, rail, and private jets. The position is initially offered on a 6-month contract with a view to becoming permanent.

Responsibilities

1. Booking worldwide travel arrangements using your fluent English and Arabic.
2. Requests can range from car hire and flight only to safaris, cruises, and round-the-world trips.
3. Providing each client with an exceptionally high level of customer service.

Experience Required

1. Extensive experience gained within the travel industry dealing with HNWI's.
2. Fluency in Arabic and English.
3. High levels of customer service.

Salary and Benefits

1. Basic salary up to 30,000 + Bonus up to 3,600 per annum.
