Job Title – Travel Product Executive

Job Location – London

Salary – 28k Basic plus bonus

Job Summary

Our client is recruiting a Product Support Executive to join their friendly Product Development Team to assist with the development and management of worldwide Tours.

To apply for the role you must have at least two years’ experience in planning and costing travel itineraries. In the role, it will be essential to have good knowledge of worldwide destinations and an interest in food & cooking.

We need someone that has good copywriting skills, a good level of numeracy, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.

In the role, you will be contracting and pricing tours, writing for the website and printed promotions, assisting and training the sales team, assisting with operational matters, and researching projects.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day support to the Sales team responding to and dealing with air and ground related queries
  • Ensure all training notes and documentation have been prepared
  • Assist in producing the Master Itineraries
  • Updating and inputting product and costing information
  • Production of text blocks for client documentation
  • Work on promotional material
  • Liaising and responding to queries
  • Assist with the planning and costing of tours
  • Providing support on web development and web copy
  • Meet with suppliers and tourist organisations

Skills/Experience Needed
