Trauma Learning Coach – Secondary School in Torbay

Axcis Education is working with a secondary school in Torbay that is seeking a Trauma Learning Coach to support children who have experienced complex trauma and may, at times, display challenging behaviour. This role is available for both part-time and full-time candidates (Monday to Friday), with working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The daily pay rate ranges from £90 to £100, depending on prior experience in mainstream or SEND school settings.

As a Trauma Learning Coach, you will:

1. Support students daily, helping them access their learning and provision
2. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
3. Coach students on emotional regulation and provide guidance on managing their feelings effectively
