An established industry player seeks a dynamic Transport Manager to lead operations from the Larkfield site. This role encompasses managing a large team, ensuring compliance, and optimizing service delivery across London and the Southeast. As a key member of our Transport Management Team, you will be responsible for managing all transport operational activities from our Larkfield site, which covers London and the Southeast 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be responsible for facilitating the effective utilisation of the fleet of vehicles and ensure service delivery meets and exceeds our customers’ expectations. We operate in a highly regulated industry meaning our transport compliance will be at the forefront of the role. To enable this, you will be supported by a team of six supervisors, who in turn are responsible for circa. 80 drivers and 5 administrators, utilising a fleet of 50+ vehicles.
