About your new Transport Planner role:

1. Manage the existing transport team in relation to disciplinaries, performance reviews, and staff development.
2. Route plan for multiple vehicles and ensure Drivers have correct paperwork to complete their duties.
3. Supervise and manage the drivers' workloads in compliance with all aspects of UK law.
4. Investigate root causes of service failures.

What you'll need to succeed:

1. Previous experience as a Transport Planner.
2. Good problem-solving and people management skills.
