Our well-established client working within the haulage industry are looking to onboard a reliable and efficient Transport Planner to join their already flourishing team!

Responsibilities:

• UK planning for a mixed fleet of vehicles including rigids and artics in the quickest and most cost-effective manner
• Liaising with drivers daily regarding delivery updates
• Day-to-day communication with customers
• Liaising with other departments where necessary
• The ability to plan groupage loads

Requirements:

• Recent experience working within a Transport Planning role
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work well alone as well as within a team
• Flexible working hours
• A proactive approach to work and the ability to think on their feet
