Job Title: Transport Planner
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester
Shift: Monday to Friday, 04:00 - 14:00
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)

We are currently seeking a Transport Planner to join a dynamic team in Wythenshawe. If you have experience in airfreight logistics and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Basic planning and coordination of vehicles for daily operations.
2. Briefing and controlling arriving drivers for AM delivery and collection.
3. Ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
4. Effective communication with drivers and internal teams to resolve any issues.
5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Essential Requirements:

1. Proven experience in transport planning, particularly within the airfreight logistics sector.
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with drivers and team members.
5. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
