Senior Transport Planner - Basildon - Up to £37,000
A global multisite logistics company is looking for a Transport Planner to join their team in Basildon.
As a Transport Planner, you will be working with a team of Planners coordinating multi-drop vehicles including pallet network. You will be planning a high number of containers throughout the week, working with subcontractors to route vehicles and containers UK wide.
Full-time:
Monday to Friday - 12:00 - 20:30

Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager with the smooth running of the transport team
- Optimize planning for multi-stop collection & delivery routes within legal requirements
- Monitor driver performance
- Assist with driver booking
- Book with 3rd party hauliers
Requirements:
- Managers CPC is Essential
- Multi-drop experience required
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- 2 Years' experience as a Transport Planner
- Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain experience
