A quick look at the role.
As a Transport Planner you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our vehicle fleet. This includes scheduling repairs and maintenance, managing fleet paperwork for hazardous and non-hazardous waste, and supporting day-to-day logistics.
We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, brings excellent IT and numeracy skills, and ideally has at least two years' experience managing a fleet of 10+ HGVs, including artics, hooklifts, and tankers.
The transport office operates between 6:30am - 5pm.
Your working day will be 8.5 hours with 30mins lunch.
Initial hours for you 7:30am - 4pm but flexibility between operational hours for holiday cover and possible overtime would be amazing.
