The Company

The client, a leading Consultancy specialising in innovative, sustainable, and practical transport solutions, is looking for a Transport Planner to join the team in their Birmingham Office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn from experienced leading-professionals, and work across diverse sectors – including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

The Position of a Transport Planner

The successful candidate will support the senior members of staff and be meaningfully engaged in all streams of work, and work on a variety of projects. Typical duties will include developing solutions to transportation problems such as congestion, assessing the environmental impact of new infrastructure plans, designing transport routes and much more.

Essential Requirements of a Transport Planner
