An established industry player is seeking a Transport Coordinator / Operations Administrator to join their dynamic team. We are looking for a Transport Coordinator / Operations Administrator to work for a global business. The role is office-based in the Trafford Park area.
The company operates 24/7 over a 9-week shift pattern, averaging a 40-hour week. Due to some shifts having early starts and others with late-night finishes, ideally, you'd need to be able to drive. Some weeks you will only work three shifts, while others may require four or five shifts.
Salary: Up to £35,000 with excellent benefits including bonus, pension, and private medical.
Your responsibilities will include:
Previous call center experience is ideal, preferably within the transport sector.
Other Requirements:
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Professional standard in taking and making voice calls under all conditions.
