Location: Thurrock

We are looking for a Transport Manager to support a manufacturing business in Thurrock. This is a long-term and stable position with a reputable company.

As the Transport Manager, you will be part of the management team, responsible for overseeing the company's transport management and fleet compliance.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, working closely with other managers within the business.

You will also be responsible for managing the company's drivers and loading staff, as well as all vehicle maintenance.

Transport Manager Position Requirements

1. Proven experience in Transport Management
2. Proven experience in Transport/Fleet Compliance
3. Understanding of legislation regarding weights, measurements, and working hours
4. Experience and knowledge of route planning and backloads

Transport Manager Position Remuneration

1. Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 dependent on experience
2. Monday - Friday Position
