Transport Coordinator
£27,000 per annum
Permanent opportunity
Location: Wrexham

The Role
Transport Coordinator required to work for a successful supply chain and distribution company who has an excellent reputation for providing a fantastic working culture.

Transport Coordinator responsibilities:

• Book Transport for orders with external partners
• Co-ordinate collections and deliveries with external suppliers
• Co-ordinate delivery information and align with internal systems
• Share daily / Weekly Schedule updates to Warehouses and actively monitor any changes
• Upload documents relating to Transport orders into system

Transport Coordinator requirements:
The successfully appointed Transport Coordinator will have the following skills and abilities:

• Understanding of Customs processes for inter-continental trade.
• Be familiar with requirements around import / export and transit documents.
• Background in transport or multi-temp logistics.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
