The Role
Transport Coordinator required to work for a successful supply chain and distribution company who has an excellent reputation for providing a fantastic working culture.

Transport Coordinator responsibilities:

• Book Transport for orders with external partners
• Co-ordinate collections and deliveries with external suppliers
• Co-ordinate delivery information and align with internal systems
• Share daily/weekly schedule updates to warehouses and actively monitor any changes
• Upload documents relating to transport orders into the system

Transport Coordinator requirements:
The successfully appointed Transport Coordinator will have the following skills and abilities:

• Understanding of customs processes for inter-continental trade
• Familiarity with requirements around import/export and transit documents
• Background in transport or multi-temp logistics
• Strong communication and IT skills
