Role: Transformation Manager

Job Profile

You will lead the delivery of strategic transformation within Enterprise Infrastructure with a focus on driving infrastructure standardisation, e.g., remediate non-standard implementations, improve governance controls, and ensure appropriate support models are in place.

Key Duties

1. Business case development in partnership with platform leads and architecture.
2. Definition and execution of project plan.
3. Programme/project management including budget, milestones, dependencies, risks, etc.
4. Engagement with vendors to obtain resourcing where required.
5. Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Representation of programme/projects at Steering Committees.
7. Definition and agreement of plans to transition from project into BAU operation.

Key Skills and Experience Required

1. Proven experience of leading the delivery of large-scale technology transformation strategy.
2. Combined technical programme management skillset.
3. Understanding of technology infrastructure relationship with consuming applications/services.
4. Expert relationship management ability to influence a diverse range of senior stakeholders.
5. Commercial experience including partnership with vendors to deliver outcomes.
6. Budget and resource management.
7. Customer-first mindset.
