Job Description

Leading business transformation initiatives and projects.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals with transformation activities.
Implementing new technologies and processes to improve business efficiency.
Monitoring and reporting on the progress of transformation projects.
Identifying potential risks and issues, and proposing appropriate solutions.
Providing training and support to staff on new systems and processes.
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transformation Manager should have:

A degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Proven experience in business transformation within the Financial / Professional Services industry.
Strong project management skills.
A solid understanding of IT and digital technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
