Job Description:

My client, a growing European power developer, is looking for a transactional lawyer to join their small legal team in London. The role will report into the lead counsel and will be wide-reaching across a variety of areas (given the nature of the small team) but with a transactional focus.

The successful candidate will come from either a corporate M&A or project finance team within a top city law firm and have between two and six years’ post-qualified experience. The role is newly created and will involve supporting a range of project financing, M&A, and corporate transactions, in addition to broader day-to-day ad-hoc matters. Secondment experience would be beneficial, although not a pre-requisite. An interest and enthusiasm to work in the energy/renewables space is key.
