The Role:

Due to continued growth, this specialist advisory firm is seeking to hire a Transaction Services Manager/Associate Director to join their Belfast team. Below will be some of your key responsibilities:

• Regular interaction with clients, building and maintaining relationships
• Delivery of complex projects of varying sizes
• Accurate preparation of detailed financial analysis
• Relaying findings to clients
• Managing and supporting junior team members
• Working with the Senior Management Team in delegating workloads, advising on specialist complexities within various projects, and developing plans for further business growth
• Contributing your expertise to different tendering processes
• Seeking to develop your own brand name and the firm’s within the NI market

The Person:

• Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent) with training completed in a top 10 Practice or experience in a larger firm thereafter
• Strong technical knowledge and demonstrable experience of Transaction Services / M&A / Due Diligence (at least one year in addition to other experience gained, e.g., External Audit)
• Experience in managing junior team members and independent case loads
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Drive, ambition, and enthusiasm
