Due to continued growth and success through both organic growth and acquisitions, one of the North West's leading mid-tier accountancy practices is looking to strengthen their Corporate Finance Division with the appointment of a newly created Transactional Services Director / Associate Director to be based in their Manchester office.

Transaction Services (Due Diligence) Director / Associate Director Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage Financial Due Diligence engagements which includes determining the project scope and resource requirements, monitoring progress against budget and established timeframe, review of work completed by junior team members and resolving all project issues prior to Partner or Director review (where applicable).
- Scope, prepare and review reports using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Contribute to the management of the project team on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure client/project feedback is captured, addressed, and effectively communicated to the team members and Director/Partner of the project.
- Be responsible for the development of new relationships with clients as well as bringing your own client relationships.
- Support the conversion of opportunities into chargeable work including pitch & scope participation.
- You will strike a balance between working in the Business whilst also enjoying Business Development activities. You will act as an ambassador of the firm, participate in marketing events, and keep abreast of the wide range of services the firm offers.
Transaction Services (Due Diligence) Director / Associate Director Essential Requirements:
- ACA / ACCA Qualified
- Thorough experience within Financial Due Diligence assignments for Corporates, Funders and Private Equity - ideally Associate Director level and above (although applications will be considered from Senior Managers looking for progression)
- Experienced in managing, training and motivating junior members of the team.
