Team/Role Overview

The Issuer Services business delivers bespoke capital market transaction services to a wide variety of clients including banks, corporations, lawyers, and governments around the world. Specific transaction services are delivered in connection with Corporate Debt, Restructuring, Structured Finance, Loans, Project Finance, and Depositary Receipts.

What you’ll do

  1. Deliver structured finance services through review, negotiation, and execution of documentation for new transactions and amendments to and updates of existing transactions.
  2. Manage a portfolio of structured finance transactions that include the cash management role.
  3. Build and develop client relationships.
  4. Work with the Client Analytics Management team to ensure proper setup of models.
  5. Ensure accurate creation, verification, and actioning of diary dates for future events derived from relevant documentation.
  6. Provide support to Sales on new business prospects, as required.
  7. Participate in deal review as appropriate.
  8. Perform any other duties as required.

What we’ll need from you

  1. Knowledge of the Issuer Corporate Trust product and structured finance market essential.
  2. Working knowledge of Structured Finance transactions and prior cash management experience essential.
  3. Understanding of transaction documentation, deal execution, and/or legal experience desirable.
  4. Good client skills essential.
  5. Excel Skills – intermediate level.
  6. University Degree preferred or relevant industry experience.
