Training & Talent Manager Deansgate, Manchester £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus

We are a high-energy, sales-focused business that is passionate about delivering results for our clients. As Training & Talent Manager, you'll work as part of the management team, responsible for coaching & development of the consultant team and leading our internal recruitment strategy in line with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
To take a leading role in deployment of company training and continued employee development.
Identify training needs in the team and design material to support.
Provide desk-side and real-time feedback to consultants, including reviewing calls, roleplays and meetings to help improve performance.
Monitor and evaluate all training and development activities to ensure delivery of business & consultant objectives.
Lead and deliver induction to all new starters, ensuring they have all relevant info necessary to succeed.
Own the internal recruitment strategy for Cast UK, including identifying and hiring new consultants in the business.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven record in sales training, ideally within a B2B, solution-selling environment. A background working in a recruitment environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
Genuine passion for training & coaching, with ability to design and deliver content to staff at all levels.

Experience leading internal recruitment, including advertising, screening, pre-boarding and on-boarding of new hires.
