The role
We are currently looking for a Training Specialist who will be responsible for delivering effective training for the RACS transformation programme.
The RACS programme has been established to transform the way ITV systemises and exploits rights and how it manages and fulfils its financial obligations. Rights are the 'stock in trade' of ITV, the IP fundamental for the business to be able to maximise the value of its production, procurement, use and distribution of content. It is a highly complex transformation programme that touches every part of ITV's business and will drive significant transformation to processes, ways of working and technology over the coming years.
The role will lead the development of training content using a range of suitable formats; this might include written user guides, videos and interactive training material. You will support the co-ordination and set-up of facilitated sessions. It will be important for this role to have an appetite to continuously improve by capturing feedback, identifying updates and iterating content and plans.
