Excellent package of up to £40,000

Location: Home-based, covering West London to Sussex area
Salary: Up to £40,000 (Including £35,000 base salary and £5,000 car allowance)

HR Careers Nationwide Recruitment Service is seeking a dynamic Trainer to join our team. If you have a passion for delivering top-notch training in nursing homes, care homes, or health and social care environments, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging training programs in multi-site care homes across West London, Guildford, and Sussex
• Utilise your expertise in designing, developing, and delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Mentor and coach professionals, helping them grow in their roles
• Travel to various sites with all necessary training materials, laptop, and phone provided

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in training delivery within care/nursing homes or health and social care settings
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Full driving license and ability to travel extensively across the region
• Ability to manage complex schedules and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the health and social care sector is a plus
• Proficiency in LMS and e-learning platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
• Relevant Learning & Development/training qualification (PTTLS or willingness to work towards it)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
