Learning and Development / Training Delivery Professional - Essex region.

Delivering training into Care Homes.

Care Home Trainer - Paying up to £40,000 based on £35,000 salary and £5,000 car + benefits.

  1. £35K Basic Salary

Learning and Development/ Training Manager required by HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS).

PERMANENT FULL-TIME JOB.

A home-based role covering southeast home counties and southern regions, Essex.

You will be taking various training equipment to deliver training at each site.

Salary c. £40k based on £35k + £5k car.

This role will be responsible for facilitating a flexible and planned program of workshops and coaching, providing first-class learning and development to internal stakeholders and employees.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to drive to various locations and have the following:

  1. PTTLS or equivalent award/qualification in Education and/or Training
  2. NVQ/Diploma minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  3. Understanding of the care sector regulatory environment
  4. Training experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  5. Experience in communicating at a senior level
  6. Experience working in a highly compliant organisation

This role will support skilled learning and development colleagues within specialist health and social care forums. The ideal candidate should have experience within residential care, nursing homes, care homes, and care in the community.

The trainer will be pivotal in tracking, coaching, and supporting specialist in-house L&D colleagues.

In your previous role, you will have:

  1. Delivered training directly to delegates
  2. Been responsible for e-learning and online training systems
  3. Experience within a CQC environment (advantageous)
  4. Built robust working relationships with other teams across the business to deliver L&D, ensuring resources were up to date and relevant
  5. Provided advice, support, mentoring, and coaching in training and L&D to in-house trainers and Care Homes
  6. Analyzed training requirements and highlighted areas of improvement to training colleagues and care home managers

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must have the following:
