Medical Training Manager, Europe - Global Medical Device Organization

We're representing a healthcare technology company at the forefront of their specialty market. This company is pioneering a transformative solution in a high-demand health market. With strong traction in international markets and a reputation for delivering measurable health outcomes, they are now expanding rapidly and building out their team to support this growth.

We are looking for a Medical Specialist to join the team and play a key role in delivering high-quality medical and clinical education to both internal stakeholders and external clinicians. This position is essential in ensuring patient safety during training and proctoring while upholding the highest standards of clinical and scientific rigor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a member of the global core proctoring team.
  • Lead medical training for internal teams and external clinicians.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team on medical and clinical customer matters.
  • Conduct site audits to assess best practices and compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure proper reporting of product complaints in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally a clinician (doctor, nurse, or dietitian)
  • 5+ years of experience in medical training and proctoring, within the medical device industry.
  • Strong teaching, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Adaptability to a fast-moving, dynamic organization with a hands-on approach.
  • Location: Based in Spain, Italy, the UK, or the Netherlands.
  • International travel (~80%) is required.
