Excellent opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant / Field Care Supervisor to step up into a Training Coordinator role based within an office environment. The role is full-time and would suit a professional with first-class communication skills, a confident and articulate communicator, and someone able to deliver induction and refresher training to groups of up to 10 staff.
You should have at least 12 months experience in the social care industry and understand the principles of high-quality care. You should be a people's person, able to adapt your training style to a diverse cohort of trainees.
You will need to have excellent organization and administration skills as your role will include managing the recruitment and vetting processes for new recruits.
You will be offered support to develop yourself into the role as well as the qualifications needed to support your role in the training field.
