Opportunity for a Learning and Development professional based in West Yorkshire to join a leading food manufacturing business as they grow their operation.
As Training and L&D Assistant you’ll report into the HR Manager for a successful food manufacturing business.
Due to an internal promotion, my client is now seeking a professional who has worked in an L&D role for a UK Food / FMCG manufacturing business. You’ll need to be confident and have experience of coordinating, managing, and administering on-the-job training. You’ll be able to identify new training opportunities for improvement across the business and be able to grow the role as needed.
My client is part of a global business that is going through a period of growth and change. They have long-standing partnerships with their customers and supply leading retailers and foodservice businesses. Day-to-day you’ll ensure that the business compliance training is maintained, executed, and recorded whilst supporting the business functions to grow and develop the people and culture in line with the HR/L&D strategy.
