Job Title: Training and Documentation Graduate

Job Type: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Hours of work: Mon – Fri

Hybrid Role – 2 days per week on site

Location: White City, London

Salary: £31,050 per annum

Do you have an interest in working within the Pharmaceutical Industry, and seeking a job in London? We are looking for a London based (hybrid working) full-time Intern working within the Country training compliance department in a role which comes with an attractive salary of £31,050 and a great opportunity to join our client at their state-of-the-art headquarters in White City, London.

As a flexible Intern, you will support the compliant and efficient execution of Training and Document Management activities in an environment where knowledge and experience can be gained working within the Country Organisation of a major pharmaceutical company.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

  1. Perform the training and documentation compliance Indicator metrics, providing context to the data and information to support management review.
  2. Interact with personnel across the business, in areas such as medical, commercial (marketing, sales), clinical, supply-chain, and regulatory.

To succeed in this Country Training compliance role, you will need a UK degree and an advanced level of skills in the use of computer-based systems and applications. You will also require the following:

  1. Demonstrated good level of competence using Word/Excel/PowerPoint and other office suite applications.
  2. Ability to start June 2025, latest 01 July 2025.
  3. Curiosity to continuously learn new skills and acquire knowledge.
  4. Enjoy and demonstrate the skills required to collaborate with others.
  5. The ability to manage multiple priorities and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  6. Attention to detail to deliver a high level of accuracy.
  7. A positive and inclusive approach with all internal and external stakeholders.
