This role will report directly to the Training Manager.
PURPOSE OF POST:
You will provide a high level of training, learning, and professional development for the Company’s workforce by equipping staff with the qualifications, knowledge, practical skills, and motivation to carry out their individual roles.
You will assist the Training and Development Manager with researching, designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
