The role
As a Training and Development Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Providing both strategic and operational support on all day-to-day Training Development matters.
Day-to-day, you’ll work side by side with the business providing a service, enhancing delivery outcomes, and driving continuous educational improvement.
Please note that this position involves travel/working across a range of internal and customer sites, as a requirement of the role.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
