Are you a Training and Compliance Supervisor with wealth management industry experience, who wants to be part of a fast growing wealth management business?
Do you want to take the lead on the compliance and regulatory training for all staff, be a key component of the success of the business through assisting the Head of Compliance, keeping the business at the forefront of compliance standards in the wealth industry?

In this role you will provide training and ensure competency from new starters through to financial advisors on up-to-date financial and wealth management regulations and compliance standards. You will own, manage and deliver the training while reporting into the Head of Compliance.
The ideal candidate is a Training and Compliance Supervisor from the wealth industry who is looking for a business where they can add their own training ideas, be autonomous to a large degree, work in a hybrid environment and be able to put their stamp on a growing business.
