Training and Compliance Manager (Wealth Management)

Birmingham (Hybrid)

£35,000 to £45,000 DOE + Bonus + Hybrid + Private Medical + Pension + Holiday + Benefits

Are you a Training and Compliance Manager working in the wealth management industry who wants autonomy in their role, deliver training for the whole organisation, and be part of a growing and successful business?

Do you want the opportunity to put your stamp on the compliance and regulatory training for all staff, be a key component of the success of the business through assisting the Head of Compliance, keeping the business at the forefront of compliance standards in the wealth industry?

In this role, you will provide training and ensure competency from new starters through to financial advisors on up-to-date regulations and compliance standards. You will own, manage, and deliver the training while reporting into the Head of Compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a Training and Compliance Manager from the wealth industry who is looking for a business where they can add their own ideas, be autonomous to a large degree, work in a hybrid environment, and be able to put their stamp on a growing business.

THE ROLE:

  1. Providing Financial Regulatory Training to all staff.
  2. Development and Improvement of clear, comprehensive T&C scheme personalized for the business.
  3. Keep Business up to date with any changes in regulations.
  4. Work with Head of Compliance to drive standards across the business.

THE PERSON:

  1. DipFA Qualified.
  2. Wealth Management Practice Experience.
  3. Independent and stand-alone training experience.
  4. Able to train experienced advisors, junior financial planners as well as administrative staff.
  5. Commutable distance to Birmingham west.
