Trainer / Coach / Expert Speaker

Full time/Part time options available

Chelmsford, Essex
(Presenting at events in Chelmsford and at various locations across the UK)

Salary dependent on hours and level of involvement

Our client, a fast-paced and high-growth company, is the UK’s leading training company helping thousands of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and Celebrities build, grow, and scale their businesses.

Located in Essex, this high-performing company invests heavily in their staff and are now looking to increase their Trainer and Coaching team due to significant growth in demand.

This new role is pivotal in the next phase of the company’s growth. As a Trainer/Coach/Speaker, you will be one of the faces of the company and be an integral part of the service they deliver to their clients, responsible for helping many business owners achieve and exceed their goals.

Primary skills required:

1. Presentation and Stage skills. The ability to teach, entertain, and speak to entrepreneurs and business owners in multiple disciplines.
2. Influence, sales and closing skills (within groups—audiences).
3. The ability to coach and inspire clients to act.
4. Positive mindset (self-talk).
5. Ability to independently build presentations (90 mins for 1 day or 3 day workshops).
6. Motivation skills and language.
7. Flexible communication skills to talk to all types of audiences (social styles, and economics).
8. Performance based desire.

Content knowledge:

4. YouTube skills
5. Facebook community and marketing
6. Ads and marketing skills (agency)
