We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering impactful training to empower colleagues across our organisation.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing mandatory and specialist training to ensure colleagues are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to provide exceptional care. This includes mandatory induction, updates, and practical skill assessments.
The successful candidate will be based in Caterham and will be expected to travel to Active Care Group sites and training venues within an approximate 100-mile radius of their base location.

What you'll be working:
The standard working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
