Salary: £28,168 - £39,244 per annum
Location: Trowbridge / Cross College
Permanent, Full Time: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

The Role:
Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of residential childcare professionals? Do you thrive on creating impactful learning experiences? We are seeking a dedicated Trainer/Assessor in residential childcare to join our team. You'll support apprentices both remotely and within their workplaces, including all aspects of training, assessment, adherence to Quality Assurance and regulatory standards, using OneFile e-portfolio for planning, assessments, and feedback. You'll support and motivate a caseload of learners, integrating key topics such as safeguarding, British values, and EDI into your sessions. You'll manage communication with learners and their line managers, ensuring progress and implementing action plans as needed.
