The Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) is advertising the vacant position of a

Traineeship in the International Relations Office (m/f/d)

Please note: This job offer is open for students from CUAS higher education partners because of the availability of an ERASMUS+ grant.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promotion of Erasmus program 2021-27 within CUAS and supporting the IRO connected with the implementation of the Erasmus+ Program within the institution.
  2. Organizing information sessions for outgoing students.
  3. Co-organizing social events for students.
  4. Updating and maintaining data entries in the internal administration systems.
  5. Supporting the dissemination of international activities.
  6. Promoting Alliance programs, workshops, and initiatives to students and stakeholders through various channels.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
  2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  3. IT skills with MS Office and very good Excel skills. Additional software skills are a plus.
  4. Experience with marketing and/or social media management is an advantage but not required.

Employment Details:

  1. Scope of employment: 35-40 hours/week (full time)
  2. Duration: 4-6 months
  3. Start: March 2025 (however, start date is flexible)
  4. Location: mainly Campus Villach, Europastrasse 4, 9524 Villach-St. Magdalen
