Duties and responsibilities:

1. Flushing of little-used outlets
2. Temperature monitoring
3. Showerhead descaling and cleaning
4. Cold water storage inspections
5. Thermostatic mixing valve servicing
6. Calorifier blowdowns
7. Tank service disinfections
8. Closed system analysis
9. Closed system dosing

This is a permanent role.
