Position: Telecoms Engineer - Self Employed

• You will be paid per job, allowing you to influence your own earnings on a self-employed basis.
• You will have the option to lease a company van, tools, uniform, mobile phone, and laptop directly from the client.

Job Description:

• You will receive full and ongoing training and be supported throughout your working day by a dedicated service centre.
• You will work on a long-term self-employed basis.
• Day to Day Duties: Install broadband and TV services, resolve broadband faults, and optimize speed in our customers' premises on behalf of clients such as TalkTalk and BT.
• The successful candidate will have an interest in Telecoms, broadband, or IT.
• You will undertake shifts on a rotational basis with the option of flexible working.
• This field-based position involves driving from one job to another while providing the above services with a keen focus on customer service.
• Our client is running a training course for this Telecoms Field Engineer / Broadband Field Engineer / IT Field Engineer position, lasting two weeks.
• Previous experience in the Telecoms, broadband, or IT field would be beneficial; however, an interest in these areas is sufficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• You must have a full UK driver's license with no more than 6 points and have held it for at least two years.
• You should be friendly, customer-focused, and eager to resolve customer issues.
• You must be interested in IT, broadband, telephony, and digital TV technology.
