As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you'll be working closely with the class teacher and supporting children across a variety of subjects, helping to create an engaging and inclusive classroom. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with lesson preparation and delivery
2. Supporting individual or small groups of children with their learning
3. Helping to maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment
4. Providing pastoral care to students
5. Encouraging pupils to participate in class activities and discussions
6. Observing children's progress and reporting to the class teacher

We're looking for a passionate individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of education. We will also support you in completing your Level 2 TA qualification. While experience working with children is advantageous, it's not essential - enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference are key! Ideal candidates will have:
