Check if you meet the essential criteria below.

• Honours Degree in a design related degree by summer 2025 (2:2 or better)
• GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or better)
• 3 A Levels (Grade B,C,C), with at least a B in Design
• Experience supporting others with learning or a strong passion to share your subject knowledge
• UK Citizenship (must have indefinite right to work in the UK)

What Does Teacher Training Involve?

• Induction & Summer School: A well-planned induction and summer school to prepare you for the start of your teaching career.
• Bespoke Weekly Sessions: Tailored training sessions to develop your subject knowledge and teaching skills.
• Mentorship: Subject and personal mentors guiding you every step of the way.
• Subject Knowledge & Pedagogy: Training in pedagogy, behaviour management, lesson planning, and assessment strategies.
• Opportunities Across Trust Schools: Experience teaching in a variety of settings within the school trust.

Financial Details

• Bursary: £26,000 - Tax free (this is only awarded to UK Citizens and is required for admission to the course).
• Salary as an Early Career Teacher: Starting from £31,650 once qualified.
